Richard Roth and Viviane Roth, presented by agent Paul Bishop, are requesting a zoning text amendment within the East Shore Zoning District. The zoning text amendment would modify the current 50-foot setback for buildings from neighboring orchards and create an exemption which would allow agricultural buildings to not be subject to this requirement. The Planning Board will review the text amendment request for conformance with the criteria for zoning regulations found in 76-2-203, MCA, and make a recommendation to the Board of Lake County Commissioners.
