County officials sworn in

District Court Judge Molly Owen administered the Oath of Office Monday to a trio of Lake County officials.
Gale Decker was sworn in for his third term as Lake County Commissioner, representing District 3. The six-year term expires in 2030.
Kendra Steele, who was appointed to the many-titled position of Clerk and Recorder, Auditor, Public Administrator and Surveyor in June 2023 to replace Katie Harding, was officially sworn in to serve for the remainder of her predecessor’s term, which ends Dec. 31, 2026.
