Lady Vikings declaw Superior
Charlo bounced back from its first loss of the season to power past Superior in Western 13C basketball action on Saturday, Dec. 21, on the Vikings’ home court.
The Lady Vikings trailed 25-24 at halftime but scratched out a two-point lead in the third quarter and then held on in the fourth.
Brielle Zempel, who has been a double-digit machine for the Lady Vikings this year, led Charlo with 19 points. Seeley McDonald had 13 points and Maizey McDonald scored eight.
