Polson Seniors: Playing Card Bingo on tap NY Eve
We are hopeful that you will continue to enjoy this season of holidays, both sacred and secular!
Celebrate New Year’s Eve at the Community Center with a Bingo “Playing Card” Special from 5:30-8:30 p.m. You could be home and in bed by nine … or not. Expect New Year’s Eve fireworks around the area.
Starting off the New Year with a bang is how the Chinese celebrate in February. They have dragon parades and firecrackers that scare away evil spirits. They celebrate using the symbolic colors of red (strength and inner energy) and gold (wealth) in the new year.
It reminds me a quote from Ben Franklin’s Poor Richard’s Almanac: “Early to bed, Early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.” We hope that the new year brings you strength, wisdom, wealth and health!
