Edmo’s three-pointer lifts Ronan past Libby

Tayen Edmo hit a three-pointer at the buzzer to lift Ronan past Libby in exciting Northwest A play on Saturday, Jan. 27. It was one of two three-pointers for Edmo, and the Chiefs' ninth win of the season.

Ronan trailed 33-31 at halftime but took the two-point lead in the third quarter. The game went down to the wire before Edmo’s clutch shot.

Marlo Tonasket led the Chiefs with 18 points, while Ted Coffman had 10.

Libby fell to 0-6 in league play with the loss. The Loggers defense gave up seven 3-pointers to Ronan. Laurence Lozeau added eight points to the Chiefs’ total.

Kolby Finley led Ronan with 11 points, while Marlo Tonasket had nine points.
