Tai Chi classes meet 10-11 a.m. Tuesdays, through Feb. 27. This slow and relaxing movement exercise helps with balance and flexibility. The six-week session is $30 for non-members with a $15 discount for members of Polson Senior Center.

Senior bowling is available at 1 p.m. Tuesdays ($13 lane fee).

Meals are available for sit-down, take-out or delivery from 11:45 a.m.-12:30 p.m. weekdays; a suggested donation of $5 helps support the nutrition program. The menu is posted each week at the center, although it’s subject to change. Call before 10 a.m. for Grab-n-Go.
