McCauley faces third charge of PFMA
A Polson man with two prior convictions for partner or family member assault is now facing a third. Tyler James McCauley, 37, entered a plea of not guilty in Polson District Court Feb. 1, to felony PFMA, third or subsequent.
According to court records, the incident occurred at a Polson motel on Jan. 5. Court records show McCauley with two prior convictions for PFMA, both in Lake County, making this third charge of PFMA a felony.
Judge Deborah “Kim” Christopher set a trial date of July 8. McCauley remains in the Lake County Jail with bond totaling $130,000.
