C Boys: Two Eagle surges past Hot Springs twice; Charlo bests Noxon
Vikings pour it on against Noxon
The Vikings held Noxon to single-digit scoring in the first three quarters on their way to a 66-32 Western 14C victory at home Thursday, Feb. 3.
Charlo opened the game with a 17-6 run and led 25-11 at halftime. The Vikings then went on an 18-6 run to open up the second half.
Hayden Hollow led Charlo with 18 points, and Jacob Tomlin had 14, while Wesley Anderson and Karson Cox each added 12.
Charlo improved to 5-3 in league play and 9-7 overall.

Eagles fly over Noxon
Two Eagle won its third straight game, downing Noxon on the road 62-49 in Western 14C basketball action on Friday, Feb. 2.
The Eagles led 34-12 at halftime, thanks to a 19-2 run in the second quarter. After adding five points to their advantage in the third quarter, Two Eagle then fended off a fourth-quarter surge by Noxon, which saw the Red Devils score 27 points.
Talon Addison led the Eagles with 18 points, while Taylen Voice had 11. Ten different Two Eagle players scored points in the contest.
Two Eagle improved to 11-4 on the season and 5-2 in league action. The Eagles have the best offense in the league, averaging 67.4 points per game.

St. Regis pushes past Charlo
A big push by St. Regis in the second half lifted them past Charlo in Western 14C league action on Friday, February 2, with the Tigers picking up a 67-44 victory.
Hayden Hollow led the Vikings with 15 points, while Titan Inman notched 11 for the Vikings.
St. Regis had a 28-19 lead in the first half, then went on a 25-10 run in the third quarter to ice the victory.
Charlo fell to 4-3 in league action and 8-7 overall.

Two Eagle surges past Hot Springs twice
Playing Hot Springs twice in three days, Two Eagle bested their Western 14C foe 54-44 Jan. 30 and 65-53 Feb. 1.
Two Eagle went on a 20-7 run in the second quarter and never looked back in the 54-44 victory last Tuesday. After one quarter, the Eagles trailed 15-12 but battled back for the 32-22 halftime lead. They expanded their advantage by seven points in the third and fended off a comeback attempt by Hot Springs in the fourth.
Eleven different Two Eagle players scored points, with Talon Addison leading the team with 11 points, while Josiah Long and Jabez Madplume each notched nine points.
Last Thursday, they made a move in the third quarter to defeat Hot Springs 65-53. Two Eagle led 31-26 at halftime and went on a 17-8 run in the third quarter to get a commanding lead heading into the fourth.
Malacye Piapot led the Eagles with 12 points, and teammate Jabez Madplume scored 10. Ryiley After Buffalo scored nine, while Tomas and Talon Addison each had eight points.
The win improved Two Eagle to 10-4 overall and 4-2 in league play. Hot Springs fell to 3-10 on the year and 1-7 in league play.
