Class B Girls: Lady Bulldogs finish regular season No. 1 in league

Mission blasted its way past Plains in the first half last Saturday en route to an 80-18 Western 7B victory, concluding the regular season with the league championship.

Kieran Incashola led the Lady Bulldogs with 24 points, while Ellannah Flat Lip notched 17.

Mission led 29-2 after the first quarter and went on another big run in the second quarter, posting a 26-8 surge for a 55-10 halftime lead. Plains was held to eight points in the second half. Kason

Page added 15 points to Mission’s efforts, while Brooklyn McClure and Izzy Evans each had six points.

Mission improved to 15-3 in the regular season, heading into the district tournament.

They also beat last Superior Friday, Feb. 9, 72-29.

Arlee falls to Anaconda

Anaconda improved to 8-2 in league play with a 57-11 victory over Arlee on Thursday, Feb. 8. The Lady Copperheads led 17-2 after one quarter and 38-5 at halftime.

Mission tames Lions

Mission outscored their opponent 21-2 in the first quarter in it’s 70-37 victory over Eureka in Western 7B action on Tuesday, February 6.

Mission led 32-9 at halftime, adding to their advantage by six points in the third quarter and another four in the fourth.

Kieran Incashola led the Lady Bulldogs with 24 points, while three other Mission players hit double-digit scoring. Ellanah Flat Lip tallied 14, Cora Matt had 13 and Izzy Evans notched 11.
