Correction (and apology)

Leader editor Kristi Niemeyer goofed up on the front page of last week’s paper, substituting Craig McClure for Craig McCrea in the opening line of a story about McCrea’s conviction on two counts of arson. McClure is a Polson resident who served for many years as a ranger in Yellowstone Park and currently cultivates an orchard full of fruit trees. Our apologies!  

The editor also messed up on the tally of homes consumed in the Boulder 2700 fire that McCrea was found guilty of lighting: It was 14 (not four) for a total of 31 structures consumed.
