Lavon Wilson, 92

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beautiful mother, Lavon Mae Hovland Rath Rolfson Wilson of Polson, on May 21, 2024.

In her incredible 92 years of life, Lavon built a legacy of family, faith and love. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend. She touched the lives of many and always cared for those in need. She was an inspiration to many and adored by many more. She was always there with sage advice, a shoulder to cry on with unending and unconditional love.

Lavon was preceded in death by husbands Gene Rath, Mars Rolfson and Gordon Wilson, daughter Debra, granddaughter Jodi and great-grandson Jacob.

Lavon leaves behind her son, Kerry, daughter Janelle, great-granddaughter Cheyenne, niece Beth, grandson Justin, great-grandchildren Matthew, Jared, Jace, Kenzi and Ellie, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and countless longtime friends.
