Climate Conversations Across Differences – 6 p.m. potluck, 7 p.m. presentation, April 3, at the Mission Valley United Methodist Church at the top of Post Creek Hill, north of St. Ignatius; Winona Bateman has been facilitating conversations about climate change over the past few years with her organization, Families for a Livable Climate. Montana Local Government Voter Review – 6:30-8 p.m. March 28, via Zoom; Ashley Kent of the Local Government Center offers this free virtual program explaining the Local Government Review process, a Constitutional mandate which requires that the citizens of the state be given the opportunity to vote on the option to study their form and structure of local government once every 10 years. Smart Driver Course – 1-5 p.m. April 2 at the North Lake County Public Library in Polson; get up to speed on driving strategies, auto safety features and new state and local traffic laws. Teen Art Project – 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Fridays, April 19-June 20 at the Arlee Community Development Corporation; high school students in Arlee are invited to collaborate on creating public artwork.
