Polson gets past three teams at Butte invite
Polson scored three runs in the first inning and defeated Lockwood 4-3 at their final game of the LaVerne Combo Softball Invite in Butte on Saturday, May 11, marking their third win of the tournament. Madison Turner and Sam Rensvold combined to allow just one hit in the matchup.
Polson finished with five hits and had RBIs from Olivia Jore, Kailey Smith, Emma Smith, and Ahrianna Rushing.
Madison Turner started the game and pitched four innings, striking out three, while Sam Rensvold pitched one inning and struck out one.
