Mission sends five to state tennis tourney

St. Ignatius hosted the Western B-C Divisional Tennis Tournament on Thursday and Friday, May 16-17, and qualified several players for state.
In girls doubles, Mission’s Emily Morigeau and Brooklyn McClure placed second.
In boys doubles, Max McLeod and Mathew Broughton, both freshmen, placed fifth at Divisionals. In boys singles action Mission junior Sawyer Pule also took fifth.
State tennis will be May 23-25 at Fort Missoula and Peak Courts.
