Shining example of customer service

Customer service is so very important these days and we have in our community a shining example of service. Ms. Carolyn Cole of Mann Mortgage went above and beyond for me today when I walked into her office begging for her help.

Swamped with work already, she took the time to sit down with me and put together an important package that was emailed off this afternoon. Kind, calm and professional were the words of the day with Carolyn and I want to publicly thank her for helping me.
