St. Ignatius Seniors: Food program available for elders
Were you able to attend the Woman for Wellness event at Salish Kootenai College last week? It was well attended and had a lot of health information and screenings.

Do you know an elder who is struggling with paying for food? They may be eligible for Elder Commodities. Call 406-745-4462 for the income range and information regarding this program.
If you would like a take-out meal, please call 406-745-4462 by 10 a.m. on Tuesday and Friday and by 2 p.m. on Wednesday. Menus are available via email, mail, or at the center.
Main dishes include tater tots and Brussels sprouts, noon May 31; goulash, noon June 4; pork ribs and baked beans, 5:30 p.m. June 5; and creamed chicken, noon June 7.
Ninepipes is hosting Super Hero Bing, 2 p.m. June 2 at Leon Hall. Pay $50 for 10 cards; call 406-260-8072 to register.
Gentle Yoga meets at 1 p.m. Wednesdays (call 406-253-0177). A Tai Chi exercise program started May 27 and continues at 1 p.m. Mondays.
Our Senior Center is open to people renting it. If you are interested, please call 406-745-4462 and leave a message. Also, there are free puzzles and books on table in entryway for the taking.
