St. Luke Community Healthcare welcomes three providers
This October, St. Luke Community Healthcare added three healthcare providers to its team: Dr. Michael Dolecki, Dr. Jay Perret, and Family Nurse Practitioner Katie Troxel.
A familiar face at St. Luke, Dr. Michael Dolecki, a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who previously served in the hospital’s orthopedics department, rejoins the team with a wealth of experience and specialized skills. He earned his undergraduate degree at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and completed his medical training and residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC).
With a focus on joint replacements, fracture care, arthroscopy and sports medicine, Dolecki will perform surgeries at the Ronan hospital and see patients at the St. Luke Community Clinic – Ronan.
Beyond work, he enjoys outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, skiing and motorcycle riding.

Dr. Jay Perret, an internal medicine physician, brings a passion for treating chronic illnesses and providing preventive care to the St. Luke’s primary care team. Perret completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Montana and earned his Doctor of Osteopathy degree from Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences in Yakima, Wash. He further honed his skills during an Internal Medicine residency at Samaritan Health Services in Corvallis, Ore.
Dr. Perret and his wife, Kristi, live on a small family farm in Moiese and enjoy spending time outdoors with their family. His hobbies include floating down glacial rivers, hunting, fishing, and exploring Montana’s majestic mountains.

Troxel is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and has extensive experience in rural healthcare.
She enjoys spending her free time hiking with her dog, fly fishing, and boating on Flathead Lake with family and friends. She will practice alongside Dr. Kelli Larson at the St. Luke Community Clinic – Ridgewater in Polson. For appointments, call 406-883-3737.
