Arlee outscores Charlo in football rivalry

Arlee picked up a big win, downing Lake County rival Charlo 62-20 and returning back to .500 on the season with the victory in eight-man football action on Friday, Oct. 4.

After Charlo took the 8-0 lead in the first quarter, Arlee rattled off four straight touchdowns—including two Eli O’Neill scoring runs—and led 36-14 at halftime.

Charlo had Karsen Cox throw a 60-yard pass to Kenyan Dumont in the contest. Arlee’s O’Neill would finish the game with three rushing touchdowns.

Mission Gets Fourth Victory

Mission got out of the gate fast, scoring 20 points in the first quarter en route to a 58-28 eight-man football victory over Darby on Friday, Oct. 8.

The Bulldogs improved to 4-1 with the victory over the Tigers.

Mission led 44-6 at halftime, and Darby scored the majority of its points after the Bulldogs had full command of the game.
