Lynch will have our backs

I was born and raised in Havre, and thus share with many readers that special bond that comes with commonly understood values, shared experiences and hopes and dreams for our future. It also means we have many important things that virtually define who we are.

We are blessed in that a group of loyal bipartisan citizens came together in Montana from 1972 to 1974 and successfully crafted a modern-day Constitution. Now, we live in challenging times that demand we again come together and elect a Chief Justice of the Montana Supreme Court who can protect the liberties and freedoms enshrined in our Constitution.

Former Federal Magistrate Judge Jeremiah Lynch is best the example of the type of person and jurist we need to fulfill the essential role of protecting Montana freedoms in a Montana way. He will have our backs.
