Mission volleyball drops two in Western 7B

Mission dropped a pair of Western 7B volleyball matchups, falling to Plains on Tuesday, Oct. 8 and to Thompson Falls on Thursday, Oct. 10.

Against Thompson Falls at home, a 25-22, 12-25, 23-25, 13-25 loss, Alecia Steele led the team with 13 kills, while Cora Matt added five. Matt also had three blocks, while Steele had two.

Behind the net, Madison Incashola let the Lady Bulldogs with 19 digs and an ace. Jada Domebo led the offense with ten assists while also pitching in 14 hits. Steele had 11 digs.

Falling to Plains 17-25, 12-25, 25-21, 20-25, Mission got ten digs apiece from Alecia Steele and Kensey Burke. Domebo led the team with 15 assists, while Amelia Cronk had 13. Steele led the teams over with 12 kills and two aces. Domebo had three aces.

The losses dropped Mission to 5-7 on the season.
