Delaney wins Western A Classic

Polson’s Morgan Delaney won the conference championship at the 2024 Western A Classic girls race on Saturday, Oct. 19, at the Cabinet View Golf Course in Libby with a time of 18:19.04.

Her teammate “Koko” Scott placed fourth (19:17.34). Polson placed sixth as a team, while Hamilton won the team conference championship.

Ronan’s Annie Adams was 36 (21:54.25), and Saellah Nomee was 43rd (23:06.06). Polson’s Reese Adams was 48th (23:26.27).

In the boys race, David DiGiallonardo was second (16:15.99), while Ronan’s Jacob Piapot was 10th (16:51.97). Piapot’s teammate Tayen Edmo was 17th (17:15.97), and William Normandeau was 27th (17:36.47).
