Ronan Seniors: Looking for meat, produce
The Mission Valley Senior Center (across from St. Luke Hospital in Ronan) is open Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for lunch and other activities.
If anyone has produce, meat or consumable products we would gladly take them! We are especially interested in meat.
We are trying to find someone who is interested in cooking, dishwashing and serving as a Meals on Wheels relief driver. If you or someone you know is interested, please contact Donna at 406-676-2371.
Anyone is welcome to enjoy our meals – you don’t have to be a senior citizen! We ask for a $7 donation for our weekday meals and $10 for our Sunday meal. Those who would like a meal delivered – including businesses – are encouraged to call the center by 10 a.m. at 406-676-2371.
Upcoming main dishes include the birthday dinner with roast beef, Oct. 25; tator-tot casserole, Oct. 28; and fried chicken, Oct. 30.
Pinochle is 1:30-4 p.m. Mondays; and the pool table is available 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Join the fun!
We have canceled our bazaar, but we will have a Bake Sale Nov. 8, 10 and 11.
The Senior Center is available to rent. Call us at 406-676-2371 if you are having an event and need a location.
We are always looking for new members! Come in and give us a try!
