Ronan man charged with fentanyl distribution

Bradley James Turcotte, 35, of Ronan, appeared in Missoula Sept. 12 before U.S. Magistrate Judge Kathleen L. DeSoto. He plead not guilty to charges of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute fentanyl and possession with intent to distribute controlled substances.
If convicted of the most serious crime, Turcotte faces a maximum of 10 years in prison, a $10 million fine and five years of supervised release.
He was detained pending further proceedings.
Blackfeet Law Enforcement Services, the Drug Enforcement Administration and Homeland Security Investigations investigated the case.
