St. Ignatius Seniors: Drink enough water

Do you stay hydrated? Two liters of water is the minimal amount of fluid to take in daily.

We are having a scarecrow-building class at 10 a.m. Sept. 26. Cost is $10 for supplies. Call Mel at 406-745-4621 or sign up at the Senior Center.

We are looking for a site manager to work 8 to 12 hours a week. If interested, please call and leave message.

We have a cookbook to sell for Area VI with recipes from residents of Lake, Sanders and Mineral counties. It is $15, and the money goes to help families from these areas that have specific financial needs.

If you would like a take-out meal, please call 406-745-4462 by 10 a.m. on Tuesday and Friday and by 2 p.m. on Wednesday. Menus are available via email, mail, or at the center.

Main dishes include breakfast casserole, noon Sept. 20; goulash, noon Sept. 24; tuna sandwiches, noon Sept. 27; and pork chops, noon Oct. 1.

Gentle Yoga meets at 1 p.m. Wednesdays (call 406-253-0177). The Taiji exercise program continues at 1 p.m. Mondays; call teacher Kory Gunderson for more information at 406-361-0304.

Is it difficult for you or a loved one to trim toenails? Call “Nurse on the Go” at 406-253-5114 and schedule your 30-minute foot appointment for $25 a treatment. The nurse is licensed and insured.
