Siips aims to creatively quench thirst
Does a “dirty” Dr. Pepper, concocted with fresh lime, coconut and vanilla, sound good?
Siips at 80 Heritage Lane in Polson makes this drink and many other custom beverages. Nora Hendrickson, a mixologist at Siips, said the “dirty” Dr. Pepper is her fave.
Siips opened its window last June, according to owner Karey Lundberg. She originally started the drink shop so her daughters would have jobs, but discovered that customers like their custom drinks, often infused with what's dubbed as "modern caffeine."
All the new beverages catching the social media craze on TikTok can be made at Siips. The shop also serves Red Bull, lotuses in tons of flavors, green tea and black tea lemonade, a plethora of soda flavors, and add-ins, such as cream, vanilla soft top, and candies.
Smoothies are also a hit at Siips, with bits of peaches and raspberries, or they can be customized. They have one coffee-based drink with vanilla ice cream and toffee bits.
Lundberg is interested in adding ice cream to their menu and maybe some food items, too.
