Winter Fest – 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Jan. 11 at the Miracle of America Museum in Polson; experience the largest and growing most diversified displayed collection of the tools and toys of winter in Montana, take rides on vintage snow machines and check out the museum’s Race to the Sky display. Book-Binding Class – 4-7 p.m. Jan. 15 for teens and 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Jan. 15 for ages 9-12 at the Arlee Community Development Corporation; participants will sew and bind a journal and create a cover for their book. Mission Valley Neurodegenerative Disease Support Group Meeting – 1 p.m. Jan. 4 in the Cottonwood Conference Room at St. Luke Community Health Care in Ronan; meeting is for those living with a neurodegenerative disease or those who know somebody who is. The agenda includes a discussion of opportunities to get together for informal events, such as potluck dinner or a game day, to continue to grow friendships fostered at the monthly meetings.
