St. Luke welcomes first baby of 2025
St. Luke Community Healthcare welcomed the first baby of the New Year, born at 4:10 p.m. Jan. 1 at the New Beginnings Birth Center in Ronan.
Jordan Clovis Simpson, a healthy baby boy, tipped scales at 7 lbs., 5 oz. and measured 20 inches long. His proud parents are Quinten Reid and Taylor Everheart of Polson.
This annual celebration of new life was made even more special by the generosity of local businesses that contributed to the occasion. St. Luke presented the family with a room filled with gifts and gift cards donated by 22 local businesses, creating a memorable welcome for baby Jordan.
“We are thrilled to be part of such a joyous occasion,” said Dr. Joanna Billings, who delivered the infant. “The arrival of the first baby of the year is a heartwarming way to begin a new chapter for our hospital and the community we serve.”
