Polson Seniors: Thanks volunteer drivers
We must thank the volunteer drivers, the “old timers” and the “rookies,” who have stepped up to the plate, so to speak. We have added a fifth route due to the higher volume of meals delivered to the needy. Our recent survey of client satisfaction is being conducted, and we will publish our findings as soon as possible.
Board meeting is 10:30 a.m. Friday, June 13. All are welcome. The agenda includes the search for additional board members. Can you volunteer? Lack of refreshing leadership may lead to the dissolution of our organization.
Although we are currently in good standing with the Council on Aging, the federal government is serious about cutting nutrition budgets from schools, Meals on Wheels, senior citizens centers, food assistance programs, etc. Help us.
