St. Ignatius Seniors: Bingo this Saturday
Next Bingo date is June 14 – we hope to see you there!
With summer here and warmer weather, it is important to stay well hydrated. Having a glass or water bottle of water or tea and taking a sip (or gulp) whenever you think about it can help one to stay hydrated. Flavored infused water is a good way to encourage one to drink more.
Cucumber/Mint – Thinly slice one whole cucumber one-half cup of mint to a pitcher and fill with water; refrigerate. Strawberry/Lime – Thinly slice two limes and three cups of strawberries and juice of one lime to a pitcher, fill with water and refrigerate. Watermelon/Basil – Add two cups of chopped watermelon and one-half cup of roughly chopped fresh basil leaves to a pitcher, fill with water and refrigerate. The flavor becomes stronger as they steep in the fridge.
