We have sunshine!

· Regular physical activity (aka exercise) helps to improve mobility, balance, cognitive function, reduce fall risk and improves overall health and well-being.

· It’s never too late to start exercising, no matter how old we are. Walking, water aerobics, swimming, dancing, biking, hiking are good ones.

· It is recommended to do at least 30 minutes daily of physical activity five days a week. Check with your physician before starting any exercise routine.

We have a nurse coming in the Senior Center to do toenails on Monday, March 24. If interested, please call her 406-253-5114 to schedule.

Main dishes served at the center include: corned beef and cabbage with potatoes and Irish soda bread, March 14; fish-stick sandwiches, March 18; Salisbury steak with mushroom gravy, March 19; and tuna noodle casserole, March 21.

If you would like a take-out meal, please call 406-745-4462 by 10 a.m. on Tuesday and Friday and by 2 p.m. on Wednesdays. Menus for the month are available in the entryway of the center and everyone is welcome (young and old). Come enjoy a delicious meal and good conversation.

Our Senior Center is open to people renting it. If you are interested, please call 406-745-4462 and leave a message. We will call you back with the information you need. If you have questions about obtaining Elder Commodities call or stop by for information and an application.
