Ronan and Polson athletes shine in Northwest A All-Conference
As the 2024-2025 basketball season comes to a close, athletes from Ronan and Polson have earned well-deserved recognition on the Northwest A All-Conference teams. With standout performances on the court, these players demonstrated skill, leadership, and determination throughout the season.
GIRLS BASKETBALL: Polson’s Rylee Taylor-Jefferson made a significant impact this season as a sophomore, earning a spot on the First Team All-Conference.
Ronan also had strong representation, with senior Arianna Zepeda and sophomore Kayln Marengo earning Second Team All-Conference honors.
Additionally, three more Lake County players received Honorable Mentions for their efforts: Neraeh Perez (Ronan junior), Lauryn Buhr (Ronan senior), and Samantha Rensvold (Polson senior).
BOYS BASKETBALL: On the boys’ side, Ronan junior Kolby Finley was named to the All-State and First Team All-Conference, after helping his team to a fourth-place finish at the state tournament.
Ronan senior Wade Qualtier earned a spot on the Second Team All-Conference, while three more Ronan athletes – Laurance Lozeau, Chad Higgins, and Cooper Dudley – were recognized with Honorable Mentions, showcasing the team’s incredible depth.
Polson also had a standout player in sophomore Malakai Curley, who secured a First Team All-Conference selection. His scoring totals were head-turning this year and he is sure to be a star in Lake County for years to come.
