Big rig island opens at Mountain West Cenex

CHS Mountain West Co-op opened a new facility that’s specifically designed for 18 wheelers two weeks ago. The new five-pump station is located just south of the current Cenex building in Ronan.
“We have on-road diesel with high speed dispensers and satellite pumps so drivers can fill from both sides of their trucks," said Dusty Smith, senior manager of operations for CHS Mountain West.
The business also offers DEF, a liquid solution used in diesel engines to reduce harmful emissions.
The pumps take credit or debit cards but not cash, Smith said.
“There is lots of room and parking, and it’s a nice new facility,” he added. “I hope truckers try us, like us, and come back.”
