2024 Property Taxes Due The first half of 2024 Real Estate Property Taxes levied and assessed was due and payable to the Lake County Treasurer before 5:00 p.m. on December 2, 2024 and unless paid prior to that time the amount due will then be delinquent and accrue interest at the rate of 10% per year or 5/6 of 1% per month from the time of delinquency until paid plus a 2% penalty will be added to the delinquent tax.
