Motorcycle fatality reported at Buffalo Bridge

On Wednesday, the Lake County Sheriff released the name of a 41-year-old man who died after an off-road motorcycle crash May 25 near the Flathead River.

Jake D. McConnell of Belgrade died at approximately 2:25 p.m. while riding his motorcycle near Buffalo Bridge. The deceased was taken to the State Medical Examiner's Office for autopsy.

The Lake County Coroner's Office is investigating the cause and manner of death, and sends condolences to the family.
