Malatare commits with Northern Idaho
A former Arlee High School boy’s basketball player, Phillip Malatare, has whittled down his collegiate playing options to one when he finally signed to play basketball with Northern Idaho College in Coeur D’alene, Idaho last week for the 2018-2019 season.
