Standing Arrow Powwow Celebration fills Elmo with Tribal Music and Dance

The sounds of drumming and singing came from the North end of the reservation this past weekend as the Standing Arrow Powwow celebration filled the powwow grounds in Elmo. It was another occasion for tribal members from many tribal nations to come together to socialize and enjoy the spiritual essence of the dancing.
