OLIVIA OLSEN uses a steady hand for her mixed medium painting of a soaring eagle, quite fitting for the On Eagle’s Wings event. The finished painting was a live auction offering. Olsen teaches art at MVCA and kindergarten through sixth grade at Valley View Elementary School.
