His parents are Matthew Marrinan and Chelsey Bourdon of Camas Prairie. His paternal grandparents are Peggy Marrinan of Lakeside and Mike Marrinan of Hot Springs. His maternal grandparents are Willie and Lorraine Bourdon of Ronan. Emmett joins sibling McKinley.
