Tinsley Jean Small Tushka was born Dec. 20, 2023, at the St. Luke New Beginnings Birth Center in Ronan to Kristin Small and Jeremy Tushka of Ronan. She measured 8 lbs., 3 oz. and 21 inches long. Paternal grandmother is Velma Tushka of Billings and maternal grandparents are Sam and Betty Small of Browning. Tinsley joins siblings Muriel, Luccio, Mathias and Sean.
