Mission man accused of threatening sheriff, courthouse
A St. Ignatius man is accused of making threats to the Lake County Sheriff’s Office and Lake County Courthouse. Joshua Aaron Kenney-Greenwood, 45, entered a plea of not guilty in District Court in Polson on May 21 to felony intimidation.

Codie James Dana, 34, entered a plea of guilty in District Court in Polson April 24 to felony charges of indecent exposure (third offense-felony), assault on a peace or judicial officer and two counts criminal endangerment.

Ronan man sentenced to 13 years on multiple charges
Kurtis William Snell of Ronan was sentenced in District Court in Polson March 12 to the Montana State Prison for a total of 13 years with eight years suspended.

Fentanyl dealer sentenced to eight years in MSP
A Ronan woman, accused of conspiring with a man from Pasco, Wash., to bring fentanyl to Lake County for distribution, was sentenced in District Court in Polson April 17 to eight years in the Montana State Women’s Prison with three years suspended.

James Raymond Burton passed away after a battle with cancer in Loveland, Colo., on Dec. 24, at the age of 87.

Fentanyl user faces sentencing for six criminal cases
A Ronan man entered into a plea agreement that could resolve six criminal cases against him. Kurtis William Snell, 34, entered guilty pleas in District Court in Polson Jan. 22 to felony charges of criminal possession of dangerous drugs, criminal possession with intent to distribute, criminal endangerment and escape.
