Polson woman pleads guilty to embezzlement
POLSON — A 60-year-old Polson woman pleaded guilty to the charges against her for embezzling more than $5,000 from a local business she was employed by during 2008 in district court last week.

POLSON — A 35-year old Arlee man pleaded guilty to charges of sexual assault in Lake County District Court last Thursday. According to court documents, Johnny Charlo assaulted a 12-year-old girl while he was heavily intoxicated.
Probation violations land woman in jail
POLSON — A 22-year-old St. Ignatius woman had her suspended sentence revoked in District Court last Wednesday, Nov. 23. Charges stemmed from a 2010 stabbing crime where, according to court documents, Tashina Carpenter violated her probation by possessing weapons and testing positive for THC and meth, while also showing resistance to meeting other conditions of the suspended sentence.
