Ronan couple charged with exposing children to drugs
A Ronan couple is accused of exposing their children to drugs. Trevor John Blackweasel and Ashley Michelle Upham, both 27, are each charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of children. Upham plead guilty July 31; Blackweasel plead not guilty in Polson District Court Aug. 1.
Mack Days: Just two weeks left
Anglers fishing the 2024 Spring Mack Days Fishing Event have increased the total number of lake trout entries to 29,228, slightly more than the 2023 total of 28,176 at the end of week seven, and less than the 2019 record breaker, which was 31,163 at week seven and 40,362 overall.

The third week of Spring Mack Days ended with a total of 20,211 lake trout entries. Weekend totals were 1,939 on Friday, 1,806 on Saturday, and 1,821 on Sunday.
